This project is a favourite of ours, what once was a loved local pub had been run down after two years of closure, filled with rubbish, squatters, and worse. It has since been turned into livable modern flats with large windows to let all that natural light in, wooden floors, balconies with great views of the surrounding area, and most importantly, the exterior has been brought back to its former glory, incorporating vintage styles of dark green and red tile while preserving the original pub aesthetic with original arches being restored.
